Secret Mission

We went to CPH not only for fun, but a secret mission to perform!
咪以為我地今次飄洋過海，只係吃喝玩樂咁簡單，
實質我地堅負起一個任重道遠的使命！

Our task started by taking on a train

E個使命就由搭火車開始!

 Only a few shops selling Chinese food & grocery in China Town

China town 只得幾家中式食材&雜物店

The reason we went to China Town is …

we had to prepare a common dinner with Chinese dishes for 20 hallmates

* See the sign-up for our dinner, how could we let them down!!!

因咩我地要冒雨去買食材呢 ?  原因係為左今晚的大茶餐，

睇下個報名表，就知大家對e餐飯有幾期待，

所以我地絕對唔會令佢地失望．

We got a chicken for mushroom soap

尋日我地已經買左，頂頂大名的丹麥光雞，

預早一晚煲定冬菇雞湯．

Drumstick with chinese cheese 

 我帶左樽交叉燒醬去，但可惜搵唔到肉排賣，

咁岩家姐有磚南乳，所以就南乳焗雞槌．

Other ingredients such as: 

difference kinds of vegetable & mushroom,

Fish ball, Chinese sausage, preserved egg, …

其他材料有: 各種菇類及蔬菜，魚旦，

粉絲，臘腸，潤腸，皮蛋，…

I in charge of the fried rice

而本人就主理炒飯，由於我地只得個2人電飯煲，

所以由尋晚開始已經不斷煮左N次先夠食，

少D臂力都炒唔到咁多人的份量．

真係唔講得少，我足足炒左4大兜，

仲用紫菜整 16．6，即係16座6樓!

因為時間ｏ既關係，有Ｄ都影唔切相就比人食左，

以我記得，仲有：皮蛋沙律，芥蘭炒潤腸，西瓜，

食到大家lam lam 脷．

開餐前，由家姐指手劃腳咁解釋d食物．

We had also prepared a small gifts for them

& wish all of them enjoy the dinner & have a remarkable evening!

我地服務好貼心，每人送一個點心公仔．

今個晚上不但將中華廚藝發揮得淋漓盡致，仲氹得大家好開心添^^

淨餘物質成為我明天的早餐 -- 冬菇雞絲湯麵 + 炒蛋．
